Following a period of hospitalisation my aunt needed ongoing help with personal care and domestic tasks to live in her home. I am so thankful we chose Helping Hands. The care team were excellent. The visiting staff were professional, reliable and incredibly kind. They provided my auntie with the company and support she needed to live at home and she looked forward to their visits. My family and I would highly recommend the Lincoln branch of Helping Hands. Communication and organisation from office team was outstanding. Times were made flexible to meet our changing needs and rotas were given well in advance. Nothing was too much to ask and this meant we felt supported, reassured and able to manage at home. Good response from other carers. Very good at delivering training and keeping up to date with supervisions . Also very supportive office staff and are willing to listen . Professional and understanding how to deliver care and support customers with everyday needs . I would definitely recommend helping hands to anybody seeking care.
Excellent, professional and very caring service. Thank you for everything you provided for my mother, who was living alone: delightful carers, who all went the "extra mile", and were endlessly cheerful and supportive. The only downside is an insistence on using over 250 characters for the review! Less is more.
The services provided for my Mum over the last eight months have been well organised, reliable and flexible. The branch manager and the staff team have been quick to raise any concerns and provide information about staff rotas in advance. Mum has a regular member of staff, who she gets on with very well. I feel confident and reassured that she is getting high quality support.
I work for helping hands as a visiting carer. The managers and care coordinators at the Lincoln branch are so warm welcoming and available to talk whenever you have a query/question. They are always so helpful and understanding. They allow you to work a very flexible availability to suit your lifestyle and always check to make sure you are happy with the hours and places your are visiting. They never pressure you into doing extra hours but there is the option of extra hours if you need them. They are a very warm and welcoming company to work for and always help with personal development.

They provide a very warm welcoming place of work and a free to talk to you at anytime. They never pressure you into taking extra calls and they provide such a flexible working availability. If there is any problems or something you want to talk to them about they will always be there to help. They are great company to work for and to help with personal development.
The carers have been lovely and helpful to my parents.

Mum takes time to listen to and not only was the manager patient with mum she understood that mum has brain damage and let mum talk about things that were not relevant. Mum stayed calm and positive because of that.
The caller was very friendly and gave me the information I need for the moment. I will be back in touch when I have decided exactly what, if any, help my father may require from yourselves as soon as I am able.
