Excellent, professional and very caring service.
Thank you for everything you provided for my mother, who was living alone: delightful carers, who all went the “extra mile”, and were endlessly cheerful and supportive.
The only downside is an insistence on using over 250 characters for the review! Less is more.

The services provided for my Mum over the last eight months have been well organised, reliable and flexible. The branch manager and the staff team have been quick to raise any concerns and provide information about staff rotas in advance. Mum has a regular member of staff, who she gets on with very well. I feel confident and reassured that she is getting high quality support.

We were very happy with the meeting and Jen was very professional but friendly at the same time. Looking forward to the visits next month.

Mum takes time to listen to and not only was the manager patient with mum she understood that mum has brain damage and let mum talk about things that were not relevant. Mum stayed calm and positive because of that.

The caller was very friendly and gave me the information I need for the moment. I will be back in touch when I have decided exactly what, if any, help my father may require from yourselves as soon as I am able.
