To have a good quality of Support for a friend. The support received so far has improved the quality of life for this lady. A Care Company that really listens to what the clients needs are. I would not hesitate to recommend this Care Company.

Care from the Helping Hands team in Maidstone was fantastic. Louise, Jo and the team in the office were always so helpful and kind when we contacted them.The hourly carers looking after my mum couldn't have been better. Mum developed such a great rapport with them and they all genuinely cared about her as well. We only stopped using HH as mum had to move into care. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending the team at the Maidstone office.

Amazing carer's. Go more than the extra mile to give help and support. Sue and Louise are fantastic NOTHING is too much trouble for them. Only been using them for a couple of months but cannot fault them in anyway. Great sense of humour too, when you need cheering up. All the team are doing an amazing job at looking after mum and dad

After the first visit I'm very great full for the help I received. And I think we were very well matched. And look forward to the next visit.

Sue Smallbone in particular has been very helpful throughout the process and understanding of our situation. The carer, Tom, that has bee placed with our Dad has been a really good fit and is forming a good relationship with him
