Visiting care and home care in Princes Risborough
Enjoying a rich history that goes back to Saxon times, Great Risborough (as it was known then) was held by Edward the Confessor. The town still has traces of banks and entrenchments enclosed by a moat, which was believed to be a Saxon encampment. The Domesday Book of 1086 lists it as a royal manor, plus a deer park, fishery, and stud farm. Despite its illustrious history, there is plenty to recommend Princes Risborough to the modern visitor. Sports events such as golf, rugby, cricket, and motorsport all take place in the area, and many well-known and notable people have made their homes there.
Helping Hands’ illustrious history may not be as long as Princes Risborough's, but we’ve been established since 1989 and since then have cared for thousands of people across England and Wales. Our visiting and live-in care services are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales so you and your loved ones will always be able to rely on our exceptional care delivery.
