Karen Lane made me feel so comfortable about having to need care at this point in my life. She paired me up with a Carer that fits right in with my family, and who is so tentative to all my needs. They don’t make me feel incapable of things, but help and support me to do what I need to do.
Feels like a family; thank you Karen Lane and Sarah Norwood for supporting me 🙂
