My name is Gemma, and I am an experienced care professional with a strong background in leadership, having previously worked as a Registered Manager. I have extensive experience leading and developing teams, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care, and maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards. I am passionate about supporting managers to achieve operational excellence, driving service improvements, and building strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to deliver outstanding care across multiple services

As the Divisional Director, it is my role to lead a hugely skilled care team operating in London, Essex and the South East, ensuring the highest levels of care are being delivered to our customers on a daily basis. We have a large branch network equipped to deal with all your hourly care needs, and I am also the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for our live-in program, where we are set up to support you on a more permanent basis.

I am inspired on a daily basis by the true lengths my colleagues go to, to ensure that customers can continue to live long, healthy lives from the comfort of their own homes. This is one of the main reasons that inspired me to join care.
