Karen Lane made me feel so comfortable about having to need care at this point in my life. She paired me up with a Carer that fits right in with my family, and who is so tentative to all my needs. They don’t make me feel incapable of things, but help and support me to do what I need to do. Feels like a family; thank you Karen Lane and Sarah Norwood for supporting me :-)

Clear, helpful, comprehensive and supportive person.
Firstly because Nikki did assessment and she helped care for my father 5 years ago so this gave us confidence and she was so brilliant with my dad who had terrible alzheimers. SecondlyYou were able to supply workers quickly and thirdly the workers have been excellent and my mother Daphne likes them and says they are wonderful. So thank you very much. Jenny Sc.
