Karen Lane made me feel so comfortable about having to need care at this point in my life. She paired me up with a Carer that fits right in with my family, and who is so tentative to all my needs. They don’t make me feel incapable of things, but help and support me to do what I need to do. Feels like a family; thank you Karen Lane and Sarah Norwood for supporting me :-)

Firstly because Nikki did assessment and she helped care for my father 5 years ago so this gave us confidence and she was so brilliant with my dad who had terrible alzheimers. Carers for my father over the past 9 months have been fantastic (apart from one and that was dealt with promptly). They all bring a different perspective which is good for Dad. They are focused on what is right for him an have worked with us to adapt the care programme as his health has deteriorated. They are flexible and supportive to him and the whole family.

I made an on line inquiry last night. Within 24 hours I had a response and an appointment arranged for an assessment of an elderly relative in 2 days time.

Claire was so Lovely, helpful and knowledgeable regarding the services offered. She asked relevant questions which I expected and was pleased were asked. Thank you.
