We have an amazing team of carers for my mum who are kind, understanding,empathetic & vigilant. They have built up a trusting relationship with mum who enjoys their company.

I have always found the team very supportive of my parents and they try and solve the situation in the best way possible. Our situation is different as HH fill in for us so do not do the regular duties of driving etc which our private carers do. So I cannot comment on that area.

Louise Rudall was very competent and explained everything fully and well. Sophie Smithers in the office was also very helpful. We will not be taking up Helping Hands services at present but this does not reflect on the service we received. We will keep details for the future.

She was very knowledgeable about the service and established a good rapport with my husband who was initially not happy about using a carer. We were both happy after the meeting and reassured that it would work well.
