I would like to thank all of the staff who cared fir my dad in his final week. Although it was only a shirt time the kindness and professional attitude you all gave was fantastic. You mot only cared for mh dad but supported my mum and myself throughout. We cannot thank you all enough. Sorry so late in contacting you but it has been a difficult time. Thank you all again

All carers who have helped my husband have been excellent and without their help we would both be struggling. My concern is that I would appreciate information from the office when requesting extra help at weekends. I would appreciate being kept informed as to what or when extra help will be available.

I have been very grateful for the kindness & care that have been shown to my mum since her care with Helping Hands first started. I can always rely on a carer attending when they should & I have never been let down. One of the carers I have tends to be a little too quick & my mum says she feels very rushed. There is one lady in my care team who my mum responds to well & likes but I do find it difficult to book extra care sessions with this particular carer, which is a great pity. She has been marvellous with mum ever since we first started with Helping Hands. Overall I am very pleased with reliability, care & thoughtfulness shown by the company & how helpful the office staff are.

Felt that the assessor was experienced and thorough.

We found Karen very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and above all very patient, when discussing the service my mum is using. The word patient is used, as my mum who is currently recovering from a "bleed on the brain", kept stating she is "independent now". My mum is not quite fully independent, hence the use of "Helping Hands", to take my mum shopping, presently, once a week. This will actually help mum to gain more independence, as she will be pushing the trolley and getting the food/meals and other shopping SHE WANTS and not what anybody is choosing for her.

Ben was very helpful, thorough and empathetic to my mum's condition. He explained evrything we needed to know and booked a convenient time for an "assessment" at my mum's home to be made.

Visiting assessor was lovely. Helpful, courteous, practical and offered a great deal of insight. Looking forward to meeting our carer for respite next week.

My call was answered promptly with a helpful lady who answered my query immediately. Thank you.

Explained everything clearly. Put my mum's mind at rest and was very good dealing with my dad who is very against people coming g to the house.

Caroline is a really helpful, kind, trustworthy person with plenty of knowledge. After Mum died Dad was reluctant to have help. I can only do so much as I work full time and said he had to have some help. It was then he asked if Caroline could help.

All of the care team that attend my dad are clean tidy very caring and mindful of my dada needs. They also report to the office of any concerns, who in turn contact me, or the carers contact me. I am very happy with all everything.

My Mum was very happy with the service you provided and looked forward to the carer coming. Mum passed away and now my Dad is needing a bit of help. He asked me if I could arrange for helping hands as they are very professional and friendly.

I've been given a meeting with a manager, so that is far far preferable to being told that the agency being contacted has no availability..

The manager who called was very friendly and kind but professional. She made us feel that we could stop worrying and everything would be taken care of which was just what we needed as we had been going through a bad time. Thank you helping hands. Looking forward to you helping us.
