What are our Uxbridge care services?

Our team in Uxbridge offers a variety of home care services, where visits start from as little as 30 minutes a week. Whether you have just had major surgery and need help with medication and personal care or you are living with a complex condition, we will ensure you have the right support to live your life with dignity and independence.

If you would like regular visits throughout the week, our carers can visit you for 30 minutes a week or longer and provide a helping hand with the cooking, laundry and ironing. Alternatively, if you feel you need around-the-clock care, you can choose to have a live-in carer – someone to look after you throughout the night and day.

At Helping Hands, we also understand the importance of your mental well-being. With our carers, you won’t have to worry about feeling lonely. We are here to offer you a listening ear and more importantly companionship.  It will also give your loved ones a sense of reassurance, knowing that someone is looking after you when they are away.
