What does our assisted living support include?
At Helping Hands, we offer a unique approach to assisted living. With assisted living, our dedicated carers provide exceptional home care in Windsor, so you don’t have to leave the place you truly love. We also understand how important our independence is, which is why our care services are designed to support you in living a fulfilling life at home.
We provide assisted living on a visiting and live-in basis. Our carers can help you wash the dishes, fold the laundry, prepare nutritious meals and accompany you on a walk around the block or for a nice hot cuppa at your local café. Whatever you require, we promise to always support you.
As our care packages are fully personalised and regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales, you can be confident that we will provide you and your loved ones with the highest level of care you’d expect from the UK’s leading home care provider.

Qualified carers providing assisted living in Windsor
Our carers are dedicated and hardworking individuals who always prioritise our customers’ needs. They all undergo a rigorous recruitment process and only 2% of the applicants succeed. We conduct a strict background check on all our carers, including a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. So, you can rest assured, knowing you’ll be in safe hands.
Furthermore, all our carers undergo an intensive training programme led by our in-house training academy. They continue to develop their skills via refresher courses, so they will always be well-equipped to provide you with the care you genuinely deserve.

When to consider assisted living
Whether you live with a complex condition, need extra support around the home or can benefit from valuable companionship, we can help via assisted living. Assisted living allows you to receive the care you require in the comfort of your own home. You can remain in a familiar environment and maintain your routine. After all, we all understand the importance of routine and how it can impact your wellbeing.

How much does assisted living cost?
Assisted living is available from as little as 30 minutes with visiting care. Prices start from £31.00 per hour, with an additional call-out charge of £4.50. This covers your carer’s travel costs.
Or, if you prefer, you can receive support 24 hours a day with live-in care. Costs for live-in care start from £1,675 per week for a single person. If your partner needs care, we also offer support couples from £1,675 per week. So, we will ensure we find the right package for you.
Speak to our friendly customer care team today. They can help you arrange your care package and get you the support you need. You can contact them online or over the phone. If you prefer to talk to a member of the team in person, walk into our local branch. We would love to meet you.
