I have worked in the care sector since 2015, starting as a support worker, where I found joy in making a positive difference in people's lives. Promoted to Team Leader, I expanded my skills before becoming Branch Care Manager at Helping Hands in 2023. I admire Helping Hands' exceptional care, compassionate team, and dedication to recruiting only those we'd trust with our own family, ensuring the highest standards for our customers.

I support the Wirral, Chester, Liverpool, Warrington, Nantwich, Macclesfield and Wilmslow branches. I have an extensive background in care and started my career as a carer around 20 years ago. I quickly progressed to a senior carer, a care coordinator, team leader and then registered branch manager. I followed a career in care after looking after my mum who had a brain hemorrhage and a stroke at 43. Care fitted in around my young family and I gained great job satisfaction knowing I had made a difference to somebody's day. As my family grew up, I was able to develop my skills and progress through the company. I joined Helping Hands in 2019 as the Registered Branch Manager at the Wirral branch and moved to my current role in January 2022. I enjoy spending time with my friends, walking the dog and watching my son play football - much to his embarrassment!

Hi, I'm Adam and as Regional Care Director, I'm responsible for making sure that all the customers we help are looked after brilliantly. In order to do this, we need to have the very best carers and support teams there for them so that they can thrive within Helping Hands and do what they do best: care. I think we do everything possible to really understand our customers' needs and then do everything possible to find the right carer for them. Our carers do a wonderful job, and they are special people who are 'hardwired' to care.
