Have a happy birthday – Pamela’s story

Pamela, a customer from our Cannock branch turned 90 and was gifted with a balloon, flowers and cake from the care team to celebrate.

Since February 2023, our carers in Cannock have been supporting Pam with personal care and valuable companionship.

Pam said that her biggest achievement over the past 90 years was raising and caring for her children.

To celebrate this milestone, Pam and her daughter Ruth, went to the local church and attended a coffee morning. Ruth had surprised Pam by inviting her friends, who baked a delicious cake and brought a balloon.

Pam was also pampered and had her nails done. What a way to celebrate!
