There’s something special about our hometown as it’s where our story began at Mary’s kitchen table. She knew that there was a need for care in peoples’ homes across Warwickshire and the rest of the country, and that’s exactly what we’ve continued to do for over 30 years – helping thousands of people retain their independence at home.Request a callback Email us

Do you need home care services in Alcester?
Care needs arise for a number of different reasons; it may be something that you’re preparing for when your elderly parents are unable to care for themselves any longer or it may be after a change in circumstances and you need urgent support. Whatever your situation, our empathetic team in Alcester will arrange care that is tailored to you and centred around your preferences, so you all have the peace in mind that you or your loved ones are comfortable and safe in their own home.
Short term home care support
With visiting care, support can start with short visits over the space of several days to help with doing the laundry, washing the dishes and helping you tend to your garden. Once you get to know your carers and feel more comfortable with them, you may want to extend your care for longer visits or even overnight care if you become particularly anxious at night and perhaps need assistance with medication or getting back into bed safely.
Intermittent long-term care
For support in between breaks that your regular caregiver takes, respite care is the ideal way to have care on a short-term basis. It may be that you’re looking after an elderly relative but need to take a couple of weeks holiday to recharge your batteries or you might need to arrange care every so often to allow you to take a few days off to keep in touch with friends and family. We’ll ensure that we meet with both of you beforehand so that we can seamlessly provide the same level of care that you deliver to your loved one, without altering their routine or timetable.
Immediate start carers
Emergencies can crop up at any time, usually when we least expect it or when we’re not prepared. If you’ve just been discharged from hospital after an illness, operation or injury and you need immediate care when you get home, we can often arrange care for you on the very same day that you come home, so you can rest and recuperate surrounded by your home comforts.
