Helping Hands provided support for both my dad and more recently, my mum. I can not recommend Helping Hands highly enough. Without exception the carers have been very kind and attentive. They showed great patience with both my parents. I was impressed with the quality of the relationships they built with my dad and mum. The carers got to know how my parents liked things to be done, their preferences and their funny ways. The carers provided a whole range of care and support. They helped my parents with personal care, jobs around the house, shopping and social trips. Nothing was too much trouble. I have been equally impressed with the office team. They have a great deal of knowledge and experience. There is always someone at the end of the phone to answer questions and/or give reassurance. Thank you to all you.

Would recommend this care agency. Staff are professional, helpful to our needs and friendly to my 89 year old mum with health needs and dementia. Could not cope as full time carer without their support

Right through the months we have been working with Helping Hands S and her team have been excellent. We have always felt Mum has been safe, well cared for and happy despite progressive Alzheimer's.. It has been incredibly reassuring to have such a professional, efficient but also warm team looking after her. When you live at a distance from a parent it is an enormous worry to leave their care to someone else but we had enormous trust in Helping Hands and they communicated with us really well. We felt closer to Mum in many ways. We understand the difficulties in the social care sector at the moment but the Aylesbury team has managed this really well. We would thoroughly recommend Helping Hands and particularly this branch to anyone thinking of care at home.
