The lady in the phone was very helpful and clear with all the information but sadly there is no one available in the Toddington area to help my mother at the moment.
The 2 ladies that came out to see my mum looked very professional. They were very efficient in the way they asked all the questions and had a good approach with mum.

The manager was very nice and chatty and engaged my mother in law. One thing I think the questions on the sheets which are read out could be a bit more user friendly e.g what are your expectations at home or a question similar to that. I had to re phrase to what do you want at home. I think when you work in areas like care you maybe used to phrases like that but an older person isn’t so doesn’t understand them so easily
