Live in Care Boston
At Helping Hands, we’ve been providing specialist home care to people nationwide since 1989. In that time, we’ve helped thousands of customers to enjoy the independence and enhanced quality of life that comes from receiving care at home, rather than moving to a residential care home.
Our Boston care team are also able to provide you with home care in surrounding areas such as Kirton Holme, Frampton, Freiston, Butterwick, Swineshead, Sibsey and many more.
Our brilliant Boston care team are fully trained to help you in your home in whatever way you require or wish. With care plans ranging from 30 minutes a week to round-the-clock live-in care and a group of exceptional carers who will go above and beyond to ensure you always feel fully supported, we’re certain to be able to design a care plan that is perfectly suited to your specific needs.
"My main responsibilities as branch manager involve meeting clients and together with my team creating a person-centred support plan ensuring all of their needs are met. I pride myself on running a safe service for my clients and carers and will always go above and beyond to ensure continuity of care.
Working with people and making a positive impact in their lives is what I find the most rewarding. I have always cared, I grew up the eldest of 5 girls and cared for my Grandad for many years. In my spare time, I enjoy long walks with my dog and my children, and settling down with a good book. "
For over 30 years, we've been supporting people with care, nurse-supported care and companionship across England and Wales. As industry-leaders in home care, we know what it takes to provide the right level of care so that you can retain your independence in the comfort of your beloved home.

Live-in care with Helping Hands involves one of our brilliant carers coming to your home and living with you full-time. They’ll be on hand 24 hours a day to provide you with all the assistance and support you require, ensuring you never feel isolated, unsupported or vulnerable and allowing you to spend more time doing the things you enjoy and seeing the people you love. Your independence, comfort and wellbeing are always our top priority, and our carers will always do their utmost to ensure you always feel physically and emotionally supported. Whether you need help with bathing, dressing, continence, laundry, getting out and about or just need some extra companionship throughout the day, our carers are fully trained to help out in any way you need.
Helping Hands is a private care provider, rather than a care agency. The main different between a private provider and an agency is that private care providers employ our carers directly, rather than expecting our customers to worry about paying carers and dealing with unexpected fees. We won’t surprise you with hidden costs or burden you with mountains of paperwork; we’re totally up front about our live-in care fees, because we want you to be completely sure about what you’re paying for your round-the-clock care. Employing our carers directly also gives them peace of mind about their own livelihoods, allowing them to focus their energy on supporting you rather than worrying about frustrating admin.
There may be instances when you or a loved one require emergency care at short notice. Perhaps you’ve been discharged from hospital a few days earlier than anticipated, or you’re recovering from surgery at home and aren’t able to do the things you’d normally do. With emergency care from our Helping Hands team in Boston, you’ll almost always have one of our brilliant carers in your home within 24 hours of when you first contact us, meaning you’ll never be left feeling unsupported or vulnerable.
When you choose a private care provider such as Helping Hands, you’ll receive a bespoke care service that is completely tailored to your individual needs and that puts you at the heart of every decision. We’ll make sure your live-in carer is compatible with your personality, interests and hobbies, so they can provide you with enjoyable companionship as well as essential support. All of our empathetic carers will take the time to understand your specific needs and what your condition allows you to do, and your local care manager will liaise with you regularly to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your care plan.
One of the main reasons people choose to have a live-in carer is because of the added benefit of receiving support during the night. Whether you regularly require continence care in the early hours or would simply like the added reassurance of having a friendly companion in your home throughout the night, having a carer stay with you for overnight care helps to provide both you and your family with total peace of mind that you’re not being left to fend for yourself and will have someone to help you immediately if you have a fall.
At Helping Hands, we’re exceptionally proud of our brilliant, compassionate carers who always go above and beyond to ensure our customers receive the best support possible. Every member of our care team in Boston has been specifically recruited for their empathetic, person-centred approach to care, and has undergone rigorous background checks to ensure they’re the perfect person to take care of you in your home. Our carers are all enrolled on our award-winning training when they first join us, and undertake ongoing refresher courses to keep them up to date with the latest industry standards and best practices. Plus we’re independently regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales, so you can have total confidence in our commitment to providing you with exceptional levels of care every day.
