Better than a care agency in Boston
-
Helping Hands is a private care provider, rather than a care agency. The main different between a private provider and an agency is that private care providers employ our carers directly, rather than expecting our customers to worry about paying carers and dealing with unexpected fees. We won’t surprise you with hidden costs or burden you with mountains of paperwork; we’re totally up front about our live-in care fees, because we want you to be completely sure about what you’re paying for your round-the-clock care. Employing our carers directly also gives them peace of mind about their own livelihoods, allowing them to focus their energy on supporting you rather than worrying about frustrating admin.

Emergency care
-
There may be instances when you or a loved one require emergency care at short notice. Perhaps you’ve been discharged from hospital a few days earlier than anticipated, or you’re recovering from surgery at home and aren’t able to do the things you’d normally do. With emergency care from our Helping Hands team in Boston, you’ll almost always have one of our brilliant carers in your home within 24 hours of when you first contact us, meaning you’ll never be left feeling unsupported or vulnerable.

Private care in Boston
-
When you choose a private care provider such as Helping Hands, you’ll receive a bespoke care service that is completely tailored to your individual needs and that puts you at the heart of every decision. We’ll make sure your live-in carer is compatible with your personality, interests and hobbies, so they can provide you with enjoyable companionship as well as essential support. All of our empathetic carers will take the time to understand your specific needs and what your condition allows you to do, and your local care manager will liaise with you regularly to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your care plan.

Overnight care
-
One of the main reasons people choose to have a live-in carer is because of the added benefit of receiving support during the night. Whether you regularly require continence care in the early hours or would simply like the added reassurance of having a friendly companion in your home throughout the night, having a carer stay with you for overnight care helps to provide both you and your family with total peace of mind that you’re not being left to fend for yourself and will have someone to help you immediately if you have a fall.
