Very good service, I really enjoyed my training over the past 3 days. Would definitely recommend to those who would like to work in care.
My needs have changed with lack of mobility but the local branch can only provide Monday to Friday service but not weekends, so how are we to manage? The carers are good and friendly and efficient but that is where care stops?

I think some careful thought has been put into matching Carer with client. All contact has been conducted with empathy, understanding and a degree of welcome humour. It is early days and there are bound to be things go wrong. However based on experience thus far I would expect that these occasions will be rare, dealt with sensitively, learnt from and put behind us. I very much look forward to being proved right!
