Buckinghamshire elderly support from Helping Hands

As we get older, we can find everyday tasks becoming more difficult, whether it’s getting in and out of bed, undertaking housework, or accessing the local community. Every single day across Buckinghamshire, our local elderly care teams continue to support older people to remain as independent as possible in their own homes, on both a visiting and live-in basis.

When to choose elderly care

You may need us because you have a long-term condition that has become more pronounced, you’ve been discharged from hospital after an illness or fall, or because of age-related frailties that are slowing you down. Regardless of why you need us, our carers across Buckinghamshire can be there for you as often as you need them, from an hour or two a week, to around the clock.

Elderly care services tailored to you

Our care services are totally focussed on the individuals we support. Even though we look after thousands of people every day, everyone has a care package tailored to their own personal requirements, and a support plan that details exactly how they like their routine to be followed. We know how important it is that you get to live the life you always have done at home, which is why we put you at the very centre of your care journey at all times.

Qualified elderly carers in Buckinghamshire

Our carers are the beating heart of Helping Hands, because without them we couldn’t care for all the people that we do, across the whole of England and Wales. This doesn’t happen by chance though, as we carefully choose who joins us to make sure they have the same values and qualities as we do – namely to provide outstanding Home Care in Buckinghamshire at all times in our customers’ own homes. We also build on our carers’ existing skills and knowledge by offering development opportunities whenever possible, and as many of our managers began as carers with us, we like to promote from within too. In addition, our superb care services are fully regulated across England by the Care Quality Commission, and our Buckinghamshire branches are no exception.
