If the need for care is particularly urgent, we may even be able to start your support within 24 hours in exceptional circumstances, if availability allows. However, we'll never compromise on the quality of our support, and every aspect of your care will be independently regulated by the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).

Carers for limited hour visits
As with all of our care options, your live-in care will be adapted to your personal needs and preferences. If, for example, you don’t need a live-in carer to be there around the clock, we can arrange for them to be with you only during the day, or to arrive in the evenings and stay overnight.
Intermittent long-term visits
You may require live-in care on an on and off basis over a longer period of time, and this is absolutely something we can accommodate. We’ll always do our best to ensure it’s the same carer coming to stay with you, so that you can benefit from having that continuity and familiarity.
Carers for immediate situations
If you need a live-in carer urgently, we’ll always do our utmost to have one of our carers in your home as quickly as possible. Normally we’ll aim to get you all set up within 72 hours, although in some instances we can arrange care more quickly than this. We’ll always make sure we fully understand your needs and preferences before beginning any live-in care plan.
