I live far away from my elderly aunt & have had to Arrange some extra help for her. So many companies in Cardiff but luckily the only one I Recognised was helping hands in Rhiwbina. I cannot recommend highly enough Margaret & Her team - they go over & above their duty to both my aunt & also to me with updates / worries. I chose Helping Hands to help & that’s the best Decision my aunt & my family made - ladies you Are amazing, a Huge thank you to you all. Keep up the good work . If there were higher stars I would give it!!!!

Everyone has been very kind and very professional.

Jasmine was so friendly, caring and understanding to my mum's needs when she assessed mum for her home care. Darcy Brown who has been allocated to Mum is working out really well so far, it's only been a few weeks but Mum & Darcy are getting on lively and Darcy is very attentive & caring to Mum's needs.

The carers have been so kind and thoughtful helping my mother, making her feel safe and cared for and us having that peace of mind knowing my mother is being looked after.

Both carers are kind, sympathetic and caring taking time to talk to my dad every day - the variety of subjects they chat about is great!

Carers were all excellent nothing seemed to faze them they were all extremely helpful and pleasant.

Christine, who answered my call was extremely, understanding, informative and very helpful.

I've been really pleased with the service my mother has received. All the staff have been charming, efficient and helpful. I've already recommended you to other people. I'm hugely reassured to know that someone from HH sees my mother every day, and , although she was initially resistant to the plan, she looks forward to visits and is full of praise for her team. I wish I'd known in advance how positive the service would be - I would have approached you sooner. Thank you for supporting us.

I have been asking for several weeks if a breakfast carer could be provided on Sunday mornings. They are still unable to provide one.

Very satisfied with helping hands but sadly we only use them once a week for my mum to visit my dad in hospital/home on the weekend so we have a very limited view but I hope this helps

Quite a long call as on hold for a lengthy time while HQ phoned Cardiff to speak rather than accessing diaries on line, but no real problem. Over a week before a visit could be arranged - would have been nicer if earlier, but again no real issue.
