I have been the person that provides care for someone, knowing that ultimately they wouldn’t have any support if we didn’t go in. Helping someone achieve something, no matter how big or small is truly amazing

Clinical Care for your specific needs
Some complex conditions require very specific care. We are able to provide a care plan tailored to your exact needs.
Our team of clinical nurses oversee our more complex packages in Cardiff, ensuring our carers are suitably trained to carry out care needs that may not be day-to-day for everyone.
Our team of nurses has broad experience and knowledge when it comes to providing care for people with higher levels needs.
The clinical care we can provide covers bowel management and other toileting care, tracheostomy care and PEG feeding.
Funding options and direct payments
Your local authority may be able to provide you with some financial support depending on your situation. No two scenarios are the same so it is best that you contact your local social services to see what you are entitled to.
It may be that you are granted a particular amount towards the cost of care, but then need to top up the remainder yourself.
If this is the case you are able to receive the funding directly in to your own bank account and then allocate it how you would like to. This is called ‘direct payments’ and allows you to independently manage your own finances.
Amy-Jayne and the team at Cardiff will be very happy to talk you through social services funding and how everything works.
Fully trained carers for your peace of mind
All of our Cardiff carers have been recruited and trained in house, we don’t operate in the same way as an agency.
Regardless of any previous experience, each carer goes through nurse led training at our Centre of Excellence where they learn the mandatory skills to carry out great care.
Throughout a carer’s career with us they receive regular update training and can be trained in more specific and complex care ensuring that we provide a carer with the perfect skillset to suit your own situation.
Our Cardiff branch is fully regulated by the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), we want to ensure the care you receive is the best it can be.
All carers and customers have access to our 24/7 on call team who operate out of hours. Should you ever have an emergency there is always someone to speak to.
