Why Helping Hands is better than a care agency in Cardiff

We’re better than a care agency at Helping Hands, because we offer the best care possible in their own homes for all of our customers and we’ve been doing that every single day since 1989.

We keep the motivation high of our amazing carers by directly employing them, which means you and they don’t have to worry about being self-employed and the legalities associated with it.

We also keep our pricing structure transparent and easy to follow, with no hidden costs or referral fees to surprise you when your bill arrives. Our fully managed service is regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales which means that you can be completely confident in our ability to always deliver the highest standards of service.
