This is what Amy-Jayne has to say about the home care service she and her team provide.
Meet Amy-Jayne, our Branch Manager
"Hello! I’m Amy-Jayne, the Manager at Helping Hands’ Cardiff branch. I decided to join Helping Hands as it is a family run business and been around for so many years. Their views on care are very much the same as mine, Helping Hands always strive to provide the highest levels of care at all times".

We would like to say a big ‘thank you’ to all the kindness and compassion shown to my parents. Shannon and Michelle treated them so kindly and with much dignity.

Live-in care in Cardiff
If you need a more intense level of home care in Cardiff our carers are fully trained to provide you with it. Our live-in care services in Cardiff mean that one of our carers can be there to help you around the clock. If you have a progressive medical condition or have been recently injured and need support around the home, one of our carers can give you the extra support you need. If your medical condition requires that you take medication in the middle of the night, one of our carers can be there to remind you to take it, and help to administer it.
You can be confident in the expert knowledge of our carers. All of our local Cardiff carers have been fully trained at our very own Centre of Excellence, and have a wide knowledge of complex condition-led care. All Helping Hands carers are DBS checked and trained to help you or your loved one remain independent in their home, whilst giving you the level of live-in care that you require.
Friendly, qualified carers in Cardiff
Our Cardiff carers are committed to providing you or your loved one with the very best possible care. To ensure that they can deliver your care to the highest standard, we are committed to providing them with a comprehensive programme of training and support.
Before beginning their work with us, all our carers take part in an intensive training programme at our Centre of Excellence. But the training does not stop there. Every Helping Hands carer takes part in on-going training to boost their knowledge and experience across a wide range of areas, from dementia care to complex care requirements.
Our carers are also committed to ensuring that you receive the best condition-led care available, and work with local GPs to understand how best to support you.
I love helping people maintain their independence – I love to have a good chat with my customers and we soon become friends.
