At Helping Hands, our mission is always to keep our customers as independent as possible in the home they love, while being fully supported to remain comfortable and safe. Assisted living care at home in Cramlington is delivered to people who need some additional support to live their life they way they want to, whether they need us for a few hours a week or around the clock. All of our service delivery is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales, meaning you and your loved ones can be confident in the quality care that we’ll always deliver.
Our carers provide exceptional visiting or live-in care to people across Cramlington who need additional support to remain living in the home they love, or to move into independent living for the first time. Whether you are living with physical or mental disabilities, or you’ve had an accident that leaves you unable to manage without support, our exceptional carers will be there for you as often as you need them so that you don’t have to move out of the place that means the world to you. We source our carers carefully, being sure that they demonstrate natural qualities of compassion and kindness, then train them carefully so that they have all the skills they’ll need to provide the highest quality care and support.
If you’re struggling to manage independently at home, or you are keen to try living independently for the first time, we can be there for you so that you can live the way you want to. Because we design and manage your care ourselves and we’ve been established since 1989, you and your loved ones can be reassured that we’ll always keep you at the centre of your care journey and make sure your wishes are fully respected. Your personalised support plan will contain all the details of how you like your routine to progress and because we don’t believe any detail is too small, you’ll discover we always know how to keep your days full of your favourite activities.
Assisted living care varies in price as there are many factors to take into consideration, such as how often you need our carers and whether you require personal care, mobility support, and medication management for instance. We’ll design you a bespoke quote as part of your initial care planning process, but as a general reference you can expect to pay from £25.27 per hour for visiting care, plus an hourly charge to cover carer expenses. For live-in care the cost is from £1,599 per week for a single person, or £1,839 for a couple.
