I started using HH when my mother began having memory problems. They prompt her to take medication and help with food prep and personal care. It's an invaluable service to us since I'm unable to be there myself because of disability. It gives us some peace of mind, and being able to read care notes every day means we can deal with problems as they come up. Only problem is there are no carers for the weekend at the moment and if there were we would certainly be using them. Definitely recommend to others in a similar situation because it means my loved one can stay living at home for longer.

Wow, what can I say. Helping Hands is an excellent care provider. They literally went above and beyond for my mum and dad. The care, dedication and commitment they provided was outstanding. Kate was amazing and was available 24/7 and responded within minutes if I had a concern regarding my parents. All the carers provided a first class, caring service, Sam, Lois, Amy, Jess, Louise, Angel to name but a few (sorry if I have missed anyone!) and my mum and dad looked forward to seeing them each day. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was friendly, caring but professional. I am so thankful that I chose Helping Hands to care for my parents.
