Donna was lovely, meeting went well although my Mum got quite distressed with her being there. Was hoping to hve been told availability for the hours I had asked, at the meeting as I had discussed them on the phone when I booked the appmnt, otherwise very satisfied, Thankyou x

These are early days for us experiencing Helping Hands but it seems that the organisation is a perfect way of help being gradually increased from short visits to the level of care we think my mother-in-law is likely to need in the future.
