Whether you choose visiting care, which involves having our friendly carers call on you at prearranged times throughout the week, or live-in care where your carer resides in your home with you, you’ll always get the same superlative levels of support with every aspect of your daily routine. Domiciliary care

Domiciliary care – or care received in your home – is preferable to care delivered in a residential facility for several reasons, not least because you get one-to-one support from the same small group of carers. Additionally, you get to choose the times that you get up, go to bed and have your meals because you’re the one who is driving your care and you remain constantly at the centre of your care delivery. You also get to remain in the home you love for as long as you want without having to move somewhere else, which is priceless when it comes to recognising your dearest wishes and promoting physical and emotional wellbeing.

We train our carers thoroughly, believing that the better we prepare them and equip them with knowledge, the better able they’ll be to look after you. We also encourage them to take on further responsibility when they want to and have helped many employees achieve qualifications and enhanced skills. We’re also fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales, which demonstrates our commitment to consistently delivering the very highest standards of care.
