Visiting care and home care in Leigh
With a rich industrial heritage that consisted of agriculture, domestic spinning, silk, and cotton, Leigh was also considered important in engineering and coal. Despite now being largely residential, the town still contains elements of its historic past, such as the Victorian terraced cottages and red brick mills - many of which are listed.
Already well-established in the Lancashire area, our visiting and live-in care services are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales.
Helping Hands have a rich history of our own, although not quite as far back as the 19th century! We were established in 1989 to meet the need for a high-quality home care service across England and Wales, and since then we have grown to encompass 155 local branches.
