Qualified carers providing emergency care in Peterborough
Our local team supports families throughout Peterborough, responding quickly when urgent care is needed. Every carer is carefully trained and chosen not only for their skills, but for their kindness and empathy. We understand that emergency care is about more than meeting physical needs, but about offering calm and stable reassurance when your circumstances feel uncertain. We aim to be at your door within 24 hours in the case of an emergency, so you can put your trust in us.

What is emergency care for?
Emergency care provides immediate, short-term support when your regular arrangements are suddenly disrupted or if your needs change unexpectedly. For instance, maybe you've just come out of an unplanned hospital visit, or your usual carer becomes unwell, or if there has been a sudden deterioration in health. Our emergency care can also come in the form of nursing care, which can help with medication adminsteration, PEG feeding, and stoma and catheter care.

When to consider emergency care
It is not always easy to recognise when you need extra help. Many families try to cope alone at first, even when they are exhausted or worried. If you feel overwhelmed, concerned about safety, or unsure how to manage a sudden change, it may be time to speak to us. Our emergency care can provide essential support if personal care is becoming difficult to manage, if medication routines are being disrupted, or if mobility issues increase the risk of falls.
