Visiting care and home care in Runcorn
Just eleven miles from Liverpool and with a rich port and industrial history of its own, Runcorn was founded by Alfred the Great’s daughter Ethelfleda, ruler of Mercia, in 915 AD. Viking invasion was a very real threat, so it was vitally important as a fortification to guard against a narrowing of the River Mersey which would leave them vulnerable to attack. Our ethos at Helping Hands is to do all we can to safeguard the vulnerable, so it's no surprise that we decided to make our presence known in Runcorn. With visits starting from just 30 minutes a week and going right up to around the clock live-in care, our incredible carers go above and beyond to ensure that our customers get to live their best lives possible while remaining in the home they love.
