My main role is to ensure that we provide a high quality of care and a safe service. I make sure that the branches run smoothly day-to-day ensuring that both customer and carers are happy and have the best positive outcomes. I always look forward to supporting as many customers as we can to stay at home. I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends, enjoying pub meals, movies and music concerts. I love to travel and look forward to my family holidays throughout the year. I have three children, a cat and a very active Yorkshire Terrier.

Hi, I'm Adam and as Regional Care Director, I'm responsible for making sure that all the customers we help are looked after brilliantly. In order to do this, we need to have the very best carers and support teams there for them so that they can thrive within Helping Hands and do what they do best: care. I think we do everything possible to really understand our customers' needs and then do everything possible to find the right carer for them. Our carers do a wonderful job, and they are special people who are 'hardwired' to care.

Hi, I'm Nic. I've worked in the care profession since 1999. In this time, I've managed care facilities that specialise in supporting the elderly, frail and mentally infirmed, as well as nursing homes that specialise in palliative and end of life care.
I joined Helping Hands in February 2022 and I am proud they have given me the opportunity to grow in my care career. I am a family man and enjoy spending quality time with my family at home or out finding adventures to have with them!
