What's included with care at Helping Hands?
Our Snodland care team offer a wide range of care services that can be tailored to your personal needs and preferences. From 30 minutes of visiting care a week all the way up to round-the-clock support from a live-in carer, we’re sure to be able to offer the perfect type and level of care for your requirements – ensuring you’re never left feeling isolated or unsupported.
Domiciliary care
Also known as care at home, domiciliary care is becoming an increasingly popular alternative to moving to a residential nursing home when the need for extra support arises. Staying at home for care means you’ll get to remain in a comfortable, familiar environment, where you’re closer to family and friends and are able to continue enjoying as normal a life as possible. Our brilliant carers will be able to support you around the home with anything you might be struggling with – whether that’s personal care, preparing meals, doing the housework, mobility assistance, and so much more.

Leading Snodland care experts
We’re confident that our carers are the very best in the industry, because we only recruit the very best candidates to our care teams. We’re very specific about the type of person we hire – we want to make sure they’ll be a perfect fit for us and for you, so we make sure all new carers possess the natural empathy and compassion needed for a care-based role, and are fully committed to providing genuinely life-changing care. Every carer receives our award-winning training when they start at Helping Hands, which includes modules such as lifting and moving, first aid, dementia care and health safety, and will continue to participate in regular refresher courses which keep them up to date with the latest care industry standards and best practices. Plus, for added reassurance, we ensure all of our care services are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales.
If you’d like to discuss your home care options with our friendly customer support team, you can get in touch with them seven days a week and they’ll always be happy to assist with any queries you may have. Or, if you wish, you can contact us through the form on our website and request a callback at a time that suits you.
