Visiting care and home care in Stowmarket
Granted a market charter by Edward III in 1347, and with a bi-weekly market still held there to this day, Stowmarket is a market town between Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds. The town’s name is from the Old English word stow, which means ‘principal place’. While we have a noteworthy history at Helping Hands, it’s nowhere near as long as Bury St Edmund’s is, which is why we wanted to get to know the town better. If you’re not familiar with what we do at Helping Hands, we provide high quality home care for our customers who wish to remain living in the place that means everything to them. There’s no need to go and live in a care home because you need additional support, as we’ll come to you and give you all the help you need to continue living as independently as possible.
