At Helping Hands, we’re delighted to be able to offer friendly, professional home care services across the whole of Teesside. High quality home care in Teesside

Our carers in Teesside offer a wide range of flexible home care services that can be fully tailored to your needs and adapted as your circumstances change. Our visiting care packages start from as little as 30 minutes per week – ideal for anyone looking for a bit of help around the home or some extra companionship. Or, if your care needs are more complex, you may wish to consider having live-in care, where one of our wonderful carers will live in your home and provide you with round-the-clock support. Whatever type and level of care you need, we’ll be able to personalise a care plan to suit.

24/7 live in care support

If you’d benefit from the proactive, transformative support of a live-in carer, we’d love to help. Our wonderful live-in carers can assist people with a wide range of needs, ranging from basic companionship and housekeeping through to dementia care and expert mobility assistance. A live-in carer provides invaluable peace of mind for the person receiving care and for family and friends who might constantly be worrying about their loved one’s health. Your live-in carer can even be there throughout the night to help out in case of slips, trips and falls.

Why Helping Hands is better than a care agency in 'Teesside'

Helping Hands are a private care provider rather than a care agency, which means you can have full confidence that we employ all of our carers directly and provide them with comprehensive carer training. We go above and beyond to ensure our carers are best placed to provide you with the exceptional support you deserve, and we believe that the best way to do this is by looking after them properly. All Helping Hands carers receive a salary, a pension, paid mileage, and many excellent benefits which allow them to focus on your care, rather than worrying about their own well-being.

Qualified carers providing a variety of care services in Teesside

With over 30 years’ experience in the home care industry, it’s safe to say we know what to look for in a great carer. That’s why we’ll only ever recruit people who display the natural characteristics and personality traits that we believe are suited to care-based roles, such as empathy, compassion and dedication. When they start with us, every new carer participates in our award-winning training programme, which we’ve been delivering and developing in-house for over 30 years, so all of our carers are highly trained and equipped to help people with a wide range of care needs.
