Meet the Tottenham care team
Branch Care Manager
I am responsible for ensuring the service is safe and fully compliant with all legal regulations and am accountable for the overall leadership of the service. I line manage a team of a Care Coordinator, and two Care & Training Practitioners, and ensure our carers are managed effectively. I am responsible for business development for my branch and ensuring the service is viable by working with key stakeholders within the business and reviewing our business and marketing plans. I volunteered at a day centre for adults with learning difficulties in my late teens and decided then that I wanted a career supporting people to live a fulfilling life. I feel proud of the service we provide and the carers we have are all very reliable and enjoy the work that they do. I love to read and I love to travel, as well as enjoying spending time with friends and family.

High-quality home care in Tottenham
Our high-quality home care is personalised to you and your unique needs, whatever they may be. We offer condition-led care which can support anything from dementia, cancer, Parkinson’s and many more. Our carers are trained to handle a multitude of conditions and we can tailor our care around you. We know it’s not a ‘one size fits all’ approach to care and that’s why our holistic approach doesn’t only look after your physical wellbeing, but your emotional and spiritual needs too. We also provide personal care which can help with anything from bathing, dressing and toileting.
24/7 live-in care support
Our superb live-in care is perfect for you if you need full-time, around-the-clock care. We can help with general housekeeping, cleaning, preparing healthy meals, and running on daily errands. We can help manage the day-to-day, so you won’t have to. While our carers are great at these sorts of tasks, they’re also experts in medical support. Our nursing care provides help with more medically complex needs like medication administration, stoma and catheter care, ventilation care and NIPPY and PEG feeding. We put 110% effort into our live-in care so that you feel fully supported and content in Tottenham.
Why Helping Hands is better than a care agency in Tottenham
Helping Hands is better for one reason – our carers! Aside from our bespoke live-in care, we also offer visiting care if you need an extra hand nowadays. It can start from just 30 minutes a week to up to five weeks and can visit your home in Tottenham whenever suits you best. We also offer respite care if what you’re after is a short-term temporary solution. Has your primary caregiver gone on holiday or is unwell? No problem! Helping Hands can provide expert care for as little or as long as you need it.
Qualified carers providing a variety of care services in Tottenham
Our carers are DBS-checked and come with a wealth of experience, qualifications, and training and all have a genuine passion for helping others. We handpick our carers to match your personality and interests, so we hope you’ll soon be showing off Tottenham’s Bruce Castle with your new carer and companion before you know it.
