I lost my partner and continued to use your care and the care has been superb both from Vicky and the ladies who visit me as am old with hearing loss ... grief has been eased and carers company much needed . I only know about your care but yes, no hesitation in recommending you to others ... thank you .

The Carers are very good but I am vegetarian and it causes problems with my meals. However cooking is not really part of the care package. And you might consider this in your schemes.

Helping Hands are a fantastic Care Agency. They're the first Care Agency I've experienced in Cornwall that really DO care. All lovely, kind, caring, professional people who really do care about their work and providing a safe space for those in need. Melissa (Carer) is a complete Star: So absolutely lovely, caring, empathic, extremely professional with a true heart of gold! Melissa is one of a kind for sure and it means so much to me how genuine and polite she is...great sense of humour too! Truro Office: Absolutely brilliant! Such a relief that the Management REALLY care about everyone involved...I have to say Helping Hands,Truro, are the BEST Care Agency I've ever come across. Marie (Manager) and Cass (Office Manager) are both excellent, and will go above and beyond to ensure Carers, Clients, Admin Staff etc are happy and content in their work...providing a loving, safe environment for everyone. I have been so pleased with the help I have received,that I told my sister about Helping Hands and she now has help from your Warwickshire branch.

Mom is very happy with her carer and really looks forward to her visits and outings.

I would not generally recommend things that I use to other people I see it as a sure way to loose friends and bore family - but if asked I would say that Helping Hands are worth approaching for help.

The person i spoke to was very helpful it was what i needed to hear to help our elderly friend.

every survey ever seen includes the question on recommendation > it is important to companies as an indicator which can be publicised it is almost the ultimate propaganda weapon > We tend not to recommend anything to anyone > friends don't stay friends for long if you bombard them with your own thoughts and re commendations > however we would not say a bad word about helping hands if asked.

Adrian listened carefully to my story and answered all my questions very directly and thoroughly. She was understanding about what a difficult time this is in life and how organising care for someone you love, for the first time, is particularly challenging. It was only an enquiry at this stage but she gave me confidence to go to the next step. This call made me feel that you are a genuinely kind organisation. Thank you
