Hi, I'm Adam and as Regional Care Director, I'm responsible for making sure that all the customers we help are looked after brilliantly. In order to do this, we need to have the very best carers and support teams there for them so that they can thrive within Helping Hands and do what they do best: care. I think we do everything possible to really understand our customers' needs and then do everything possible to find the right carer for them. Our carers do a wonderful job, and they are special people who are 'hardwired' to care.

Hi, I'm Nic. I've worked in the care profession since 1999. In this time, I've managed care facilities that specialise in supporting the elderly, frail and mentally infirmed, as well as nursing homes that specialise in palliative and end of life care.
I joined Helping Hands in February 2022 and I am proud they have given me the opportunity to grow in my care career. I am a family man and enjoy spending quality time with my family at home or out finding adventures to have with them!

I have worked in homecare since 2017. I joined Helping Hands in 2024, and it is amazing to finally work for an organisation that shares my passion for quality care. When I'm not leading my team in the office, I can be found exploring the hills and mountains to enjoy the views. I've walked The Great Wall of China, hiked Mount Etna and hope to add Toubkal to my list by the end of 2025.
