Our carers are the backbone of the company and work hard to make people’s lives a little easier. They must complete our award-winning training programme when they start their employment with us. All our carers also continue to keep their skills up to date via our refresher courses. They are trained in different modules, including first aid and safeguarding.

We are also part of the Dementia Action Alliance, an organisation that works with communities to help individuals living with dementia. Our services are regularly monitored by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales. This is to ensure we provide our customers with exceptional person-centred care.
