They’ll never make you feel as if your home isn’t your own anymore though, as they’ll be discreet and give you space when you need it.

We’re better than home care agencies because we aren’t one! We never have been an agency – we’re a private home care company who considers our carers to be the most important part of what we do. We look after our carers so that they’ll look after our customers excellently, employing them directly rather than insisting that they’re self-employed as many agencies do, before charging you hidden fees to ‘match’ you with someone suitable.

Remaining in familiar surroundings for your care, close to loved ones and precious memories can be beneficial when living with dementia, even helping to reduce confusion and anxiety in some cases. Our carers will offer guidance & support whenever you need it and with their specialist assistance you’ll remain as independent as possible.

Respite care at home can be preferable to having to relocate to a care home temporarily, as they won’t be able to give you the one-to-one, personalised care that you’d get from remaining at home and being cared for. Our amazing carers can come to you on a short-term basis and deliver all the care you need, until your regular carer returns or you’re well enough to manage on your own again. Even in an emergency, we’ll still always try to be with you within 24 hours.
