To get your care started, contact our friendly customer service team via phone or online. If you prefer to speak to a member of the Liverpool care team in person, you can visit our local branch and we will be more than happy to help you. Our team will schedule a date for a branch manager to see you at home and discuss your care needs. If you are happy to proceed, we will set a start date for your care.

Quality & compassionate care from highly trained experts
All our carers complete a comprehensive training course to ensure they have the proper skills to look after our customers. Training includes safeguarding, first aid, meal preparation, and using walking aids, including hoists. They also continue to update their skills via refresher courses.
For added reassurance, our carers undergo a strict background check, including a Disclosure and Barring Service check. So, you know you’ll be safe in your own home. Plus, your safety is our number one priority.
