Area Care Manager
My role as Area Care Manager is to oversee the Central region, ensuring that new branches are set up safely and are providing a quality service to customers, and ensuring that branch care managers feel supported in their roles to do this. I started in care 20+ years ago as a care worker whilst studying at university. This was to gain experience in a customer-facing role and because I have a passion for caring for people with various disabilities. After finishing university, I continued in the care sector as I enjoyed supporting people to live their way in their own home. I worked my way up to a care coordinator, registered care manager and then managing multiple sites as a director of services. I took on the role at Helping Hands as head of care as their values align with me, the main one being KINDNESS. At Helping Hands, we believe in providing a quality, safe and effective service to our customers and recruiting the best talent to enable us to do this. Just like the customer, we value our staff by being flexible for them and providing them with extensive training to do their role and progress within the organisation; as head of care, this makes me proud to work here! I champion dignity in care and believe that everyone should be treated with dignity - this is a basic human right and not an added extra.

Other care we provide
Home care in Beaconsfield
If you need an extra pair of hands around the house or you have recently experienced a fall or injury and need support with personal care, then you may wish to consider home care from our Helping Hands care team.
With home care, you will be able to remain in the comfort of your home, stay close to loved ones and have control over your routine. Plus, you don’t have the hassle of relocating into a residential care home. It’s cost-effective and you can stay in the place you truly love.
24/7 live in care support
Whether you choose visiting care or live-in care, we will ensure your care package is tailored to your needs. We will take time to get to know you, your likes, interests and hobbies, so we can partner you with a carer who shares similar interests, but more importantly, help us personalise your care package around you.
You can choose from having care from as little as 30 minutes a week with visiting care or having a carer stay with you 24 hours a day in your home with live-in care, so you have support whenever you need it. Live-in care is ideal for an individual living with a complex condition such as dementia, cancer or heart disease. Whatever package you choose, you will receive the emotional and physical support you require.
Why Helping Hands is better than a care agency in Beaconsfield
All our carers in Beaconsfield are thoroughly trained in the field. They really go above and beyond so our customers can live life how they want. We genuinely don’t know what we would do without them – they are the backbone of the company.
We also ensure our carers undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, as your safety is our priority. After all, we understand how daunting it can be to invite someone new to your doorstep and, in the case of live-in care, have someone stay in your home. But don’t worry; we take all the preventative measures to ensure you are safe in your own home.
