Visiting care and home care in Beckenham
Until the railway arrived in 1857, Beckenham was a small village, with only a modest population of around 2000, due to most of its land being privately owned and rural. By 1900 though, the population had boomed to 26,000 thanks to the owners selling land for the building of villas.
Helping Hands understands the idea of rapid growth, thanks to unprecedented expansion since we began in 1989. The latest place that we are making our presence felt is in Beckenham, to the west of Bromley, where thanks to our visiting care service you can have a visit from one of our compassionate carers from just 30 minutes a week. Alternatively, our live-in service means you can have a carer with you around the clock, for total reassurance.
