What does our assisted living support include?

Assisted living support from our expertly-trained Bournemouth carers provides you with one-to-one assistance in the comfortable, familiar surroundings of your own home. Our carers can help out with anything you might need support with – you’ll be able to choose just what and how much they do to assist you. For example, you might need a bit of extra assistance around the house with the cleaning and vacuuming, or need someone to prepare meals, snacks and drinks. Or, if you’re living with a complex medical condition, a carer can help with medication, mobility, and light medical relief. Whatever the nature of your requirements, you can have total confidence in our commitment to excellence, knowing that we’re independently regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Explore home care in Bournemouth today.

Qualified carers providing assisted living in Bournemouth

When you partner with our Bournemouth team for assisted living, you can do so with the confidence that your carers will be of the utmost highest standard. We’re extremely proud of our carers, as we believe they’re the very best in the industry. We only ever hire people as Helping Hands carers who share our company-wide values of kindness and compassion, and who are as committed as we are to enriching lives and enhancing wellbeing. All of our carers undergo extensive background checks before starting with us, as well as receiving comprehensive training and support on an ongoing basis upon joining.

When to consider assisted living

Assisted living can provide an invaluable source of support for people of all ages and circumstances. Whether you’re a young adult with mobility needs, an elderly person living with a complex condition, or anyone in between, assisted living at home can boost your independence and offer practical, physical and emotional support to help you continue doing the things you enjoy with the people you love.

How much does assisted living cost?

The cost of assisted living from Helping Hands will vary depending on your level of need. Our visiting care packages start from £31.00 per hour, whilst live-in care prices start at £1,675 per week. Each care visit also incurs a £4.25 fee to cover your carer’s costs.

We know how important it is to you that your care is straightforward to arrange, sustainably affordable, and doesn’t come with any unwanted extras or additional costs. That’s why we’re completely transparent about the upfront costs involved in our industry-leading home care, and will never ever try to push you to sign up for any extra hours or services that you don’t want or need. Your local care manager in Bournemouth will always be on hand to help you make any changes you wish to make to your support at a moment’s notice.
