Thanks Donna and team. My mum has had excellent, positive and patient visits every evening in very trying circumstances. You have proactively raised issues with me and reported back. The reports are factual, thorough and clear and it’s clear that the visiting staff have done their very best for mum. Thanks for talking through realistic options.
