Domiciliary care

Often referred to as care at home, domiciliary care from Helping Hands provides you with one-to-one support from our wonderful Brandon care team in the comfortable, familiar surroundings of your own home. Traditionally, people requiring additional care support have opted to move to a residential nursing home. However, more and more people are discovering the independence and security that come from staying at home for specialist care from a private care provider such as Helping Hands. Whether you need help preparing meals, bathing, dressing, getting to the shops or anything else, our brilliant carers will always be happy to assist.

Brandon’s fantastic caretakers are the heart and soul of our organisation, and we are tremendously proud of them. All of our caregivers have been hand-picked for their caring, devoted attitude to their work, and have passed thorough background checks to ensure that they’ll be a good fit for both us and you. Every caregiver who joins Helping Hands goes through our award-winning training programme, which prepares them to offer a wide range of care to individuals with a variety of diseases, and they will continue to get frequent refresher training to keep their skills and knowledge current. Our care services are also completely regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales, giving you peace of mind that we’re devoted to constantly providing the greatest care.
