Understanding your home care costs

At Helping Hands, we have always delivered care as a private home care agency, which means we are always upfront about our costs. We believe in transparency, so you won’t be faced with any surprises when you receive your bill at the end of the month. All our home care plans are provided through visiting care and live in care in Bromley.

With all our care packages, you’ll receive a free home visit from your local care specialist to assess your needs and requirements (for care lasting more than a month). You’ll continue to receive ongoing support from a dedicated member of our Bromley care team to make sure you are satisfied with the care you are receiving.

Visiting care costs

Visiting care is available from 30 minutes a week or longer. Our carers can support you with your weekly shop, help you get ready for bed in the evening, prepare your meals and much more. Prices start from £31.00 per hour for one-to-one personal home care Bromley, with a call-out fee of £4.50. This covers the travel costs. The prices depend on your location and your specific needs. Prices will also vary for overnight care and support provided during weekends and bank holidays.

Live-in care costs

You can benefit from live-in care if you need person-centred care throughout the day and night. Having one of our compassionate carers in your home means you can have access to the support you need to live independently and comfortably in the place you love most. Whether you need help with personal care or some companionship, we will be there every step of the way. Prices start from £1,650 per week for a single person and £1,650 per week for a couple.
