Hello, I’m Andreas, and I recently joined the Helping Hands team. I bring almost 10 years of experience in health and social care, supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and older adults.

I began my career as a Care Worker and quickly progressed into leadership positions, where I have led teams, overseen service delivery, and provided staff training. I am passionate about delivering safe, person-centred care that promotes independence and ensures everyone is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Hi, I am Christien Ingrosso and I'm the Area Care Manager for the South East region.
As an area care manager, it is my role to lead a team of dedicated care experts in and around the London, Essex and South East region to ensure that the service and care we are delivering is to the highest possible standard for all our customers.

I am married and a father of two girls. I enjoy very much spending time with my family and going on walks with my dog, or as some may say he likes to walk me!

I have been fortunate enough to meet some fantastic employees throughout my time at Helping Hands. Each day I witness first-hand the determination and drive that each and all of our carers show to help our customers maintain healthy and independent lives in the familiar surroundings of their own homes.

As the Divisional Director, it is my role to lead a hugely skilled care team operating in London, Essex and the South East, ensuring the highest levels of care are being delivered to our customers on a daily basis. We have a large branch network equipped to deal with all your hourly care needs, and I am also the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for our live-in program, where we are set up to support you on a more permanent basis.

I am inspired on a daily basis by the true lengths my colleagues go to, to ensure that customers can continue to live long, healthy lives from the comfort of their own homes. This is one of the main reasons that inspired me to join care.
