Live-in care for ongoing care needs
-
Over time, you might find you need more ongoing care and support. With your own dedicated carer, permanently living in your home alongside you, the right support is on hand when you need it.
All of our carers are selected based on their personalities and any shared interests you have with them, as well as their experience. This ensures you have someone you feel comfortable with and who will give you the care you require.
Available 24/7, our live-in care service helps you with the day-to-day tasks you might be struggling with. Your carer will also carry out other duties such as carrying out hoisted transfers, taking you to medical appointments, or preparing your meals. They can even help you take care of your pet if you have one.
Welcoming someone into your home is a significant step and we fully appreciate how hard it can be to build trust in the early stages. Your local manager will be on hand to oversee everything and to implement any changes that come up, giving you peace of mind and the reassurance that someone will be there to help at all times. If you need them, they’ll only ever be a phone call or an email away.
-
Domiciliary care for extra assistance
-
Whether you need someone to accompany you to regular medical appointments, support with keeping the house clean and tidy or assistance getting in and out of bed twice daily, the Chippenham team can support you little or often with whatever you need to keep you safe and independent in your own home.
The beauty of domiciliary care is that you can pick and chose when and how you receive care, so if your needs chance or you develop a health conditions that leaves you needing extra support, we can swiftly put extra measures in place to combat this.
-
Nurse-led clinical support and dementia care
-
Being diagnosed with a complex condition or coming to terms with a brain or spinal injury presents various challenges. But you don’t need to leave your home to get the right care. Our carers work alongside our team of clinical nurse specialists to advance their skills, with many of them taking additional training on various areas of complex care.
We also have a team of dementia specialists on hand to advise on how to support someone with the condition at home, the place that is most familiar and comfortable to them. Moving into a residential home can be a distressing experience at the best of times. With a fully-trained carer supporting your loved one, you can be reassured that they’ll have the right care whenever they need it.
We’re a CQC-regulated provider of home care, which means that we only put forward the best carers who will deliver the highest standard of care for your family member or friend.

Support that's tailored to you with elderly care
-
As we get older, some of the things we sued to be able to do with ease may start to become a bit more difficult, such as doing the laundry, preparing meals or sweeping the floors. That’s where elderly care comes in. With experienced carers that are friendly and empathetic, we can support you in the way that you prefer without intruding on your existing routines. That way, you can live freely in your own home without the need of going into residential care.
We’re also there for you following the loss of a loved one or partner. Companionship can often make a real difference to someone’s life and prevent them from feeling lonely or anxious about the future. Even if you just have someone to pop in every other day for a cup of tea or go for an afternoon stroll along the River Avon with, the Chippenham team are more than happy to help.
-
Emergency care and respite care
-
Situations can change suddenly. And it can be incredibly distressing trying to arrange care in difficult situations such as after a fall or a family emergency. We can arrange for care to start quickly, sometimes within a matter of hours.
Because all of our carers are directly employed by us, we can also provide cover for when your current carer is ill or has to attend to their own emergency. As a result, your loved one will always have the support they need, allowing you to handle the situation reassured that they are well-looked after.
-
