Home care in East Sussex

After the Romans departed England, the ancient kingdom of the South Saxons became established in East Sussex in the 5^th century AD. The uplands of the area have given up many archeologically important finds since then, some left by the plentiful invaders including the Romans, and the Normans, especially after the Battle of Hastings in 1066. Traditional industries in the area which have now all but disappeared included ironmaking, fishing, and wool, but in their place East Sussex has people working in construction, agriculture, real estate, and many who commute into London daily.
