Industry leading respite care in Guildford

Helping Hands have built a reputation for delivering compassionate, person-focused home care since we were established in 1989. Absolutely core to our way of working is that we believe care is always best delivered in the familiarity and safety of our customers’ own homes.
If you provide regular care for a loved one and require a short-term break, our respite care ensures they can remain comfortable in their home, keeping to their normal activities, while receiving dependable and tailored support from our carers. Also, because our respite service is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), you can have full peace of mind that your support will always be of the very highest quality.

Choosing Helping Hands for respite care

We only provide person-centred care at Helping Hands, treating every customer as an individual, and tailoring the services that we provide according to their needs. We can arrange for visiting care for just several days, through to longer-term live-in carers who are available to help 24-hours a day. The kindness of our carers ensures that friendships are built, and no awkwardness exists when your carer comes to your home. Our carers can help outside of the home too, getting the food shopping done for instance, or supporting you to attend appointments and activities.
