Visiting care and home care in Hartlepool
In the 18th Century, Hartlepool became known for its medicinal springs, with the ferruginous waters rich in salts of iron being celebrated. In July 1765 the poet Thomas Gray visited the town to "take the waters", and wrote “I have been for two days to taste the water, and do assure you that nothing could be salter and bitterer and nastier and better for you...I have nowhere seen a taller, more robust or healthy race.”
We all know that water is essential to our wellbeing but if you need a little more than that, we can help. Our visiting and live-in care services will support you expertly in your or your loved one’s own home.
